UPAC’s Community Engagement and Violence Prevention division is dedicated to promoting empowerment, hope and self-sufficiency to San Diego’s most at-risk communities. We celebrate San Diego’s diversity by uplifting those who need it most, and focus on reducing gang and community violence, mentoring and inspiring at-risk youth and strengthening our neighborhoods.
