May 8, 2025: A Farewell Party held for Margaret Iwanaga Penrose, UPAC President & CEO who retired on May 19, 2025, and for CFO Annette Phan Delcamp who has moved to Menifee. The Partnership for the Advancement of New Americans (PANA) graciously donated the venue, and our own Neighborhood Cafe/Catering provided the amazing food and decor.
